Fashionably Late (to the world of blogging)?

I’ve been thinking about adding blogging to my already over-flowing plate of responsibilities.  Having carefully thought through a strategy, I’ve decided I’ll only blog when:

a) I have something important to write about (hey now, important to me counts!)

b) I have time–don’t expect daily posts!

c) I feel the need to blather on about some injustice (a friend as named this my “R.I.”–Righteous Indignation)

d) I have something unimportant though possibly interesting to say, a piece of information I’d like to share, a quote that speaks to me at a particular moment

e) I have a photo and/or photos I would like to share

I’m guessing most of my posts will end up being dog-related because my Vizslas are my greatest passion.  They are like the cog in the wheel of this very time-consuming business.  The “spokes” I’ll likely write about will be related to their adventures in training: everyday life, gun dog, hunting, for competitions such as hunting tests and walking field trials, conformation showing.  Other spokes will address what I believe to be optimal canine nutrition, appropriate exercise, preventative care, health issues/concerns, breeding responsibly, sportsmanship, etc., etc.

I’m not an expert so please don’t misunderstand my future writings as being of any consequence to anyone other than myself.  ;-)  I intend to mull over the things I’ve learned over these many years of playing in this “dog performance” and responsible breeding world.

That’s all for now!
